Can we create a design you've seen online? Yes and no. We highly value the originality and creativity of other Australian companies, so we refrain from duplicating their designs. However, you can certainly share cutters or designs as inspiration, and we'll work closely with you to create a unique and personalized piece. We respect intellectual property rights and ensure that only designs with appropriate permissions are used. 🎨🚫🎨

How do custom cutter rights work? Once you have your custom cookie cutter design, it's not exclusively yours. We offer our custom-designed items at the same price as our regular items. This means that we reserve the right to sell these custom designs to other customers as well. We believe in fairness and transparency, ensuring you receive a custom-designed cutter at no additional design costs. It's a win-win situation! 🌟🍪

Curious about the materials we use for our cookie cutters? Safety is our priority! All our 3D printing items are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid). Rest assured, our supplier has conducted independent testing for Food Grade compliance with the Australian Government's National Measurement Institute and FDA (US Government Approved). The results comply with both Australian and FDA standards (AS2070-1999 10/2011), assuring you that the filament used is safe for contact with food products. 🍽️✅

Taking care of your cookie cutters is a breeze! Handwashing is recommended, as our 3D printed items prefer to avoid high heat. Please refrain from exposing them to water over 50 degrees Celsius. We suggest cleaning them in warm water, using a soft brush to reach into corners and crevices. Avoid dishwashers, excessive soaking in hot water, and prolonged exposure to microbes. After cleaning, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ensuring their longevity. ☀️🌧️
